At PixelPulse Apparel, every item is made just for you when you place your order. We don't mass produce our products or pull them from a warehouse shelf—they're printed on demand specifically for your order.

Because of that, our return policy is a little different from traditional retailers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, we've got you covered.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll work to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Color preference
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Any issue that is not the result of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error

Please review the sizing information on each product page before placing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out before ordering—we're always happy to help.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with our production and shipping partners to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.
